Its proximity to downtown makes everything walking distance, a quick Uber or simply catch the light rail at the station one block away. Kick back, relax & binge your favorite show, host a movie premiere, or cook your favorite meal in a luxury kitchen. The loft is decked out with the following: Movie room with 10-foot projector screen, multiple lounging areas, bar cart, 2 full-service kitchens, roman style showers, 2 velvet wingback beds, a full-sized day-bed, velvet twin size day beds in the living room, 2 55" Samsung smart TV with soundbar, 4 covered security monitored parking spaces (double, or triple-parking in the spaces are OK), Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer/dryer. mid-century piano backed by an impressive tropical mural.

QUIET TIME is enforced after 11 pm. The suite is connected to other suites that may be booked during your stay. Please be respectful of fellow patrons. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the suite. There is 24/7 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE throughout the exterior of the property for the safety of both property and guests. ANY DISREGARD OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.
